About Obinex

Obinex is the first fully gamified centralized exchange (CEX), where finance meets game mechanics and NFT-powered experiences. We’re building the platform that will redefine how millions of users interact with trading, staking, and digital economies.

Our MVP is in development, and we’re assembling a global founding team. Now we’re looking for a Rust Engineer to build the core systems of Obinex from day one.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong Business Analyst skills to lead the development of our next-generation crypto exchange platform.

You will act as the bridge between business vision, technical execution, and regulatory requirements, ensuring every product decision drives measurable impact and aligns with compliance standards.

This is a strategic and hands-on role which is perfect for someone who loves combining product thinking, data-driven decisions, and system analysis to build user-centric products in the crypto industry.

You’ll:

• Define and own the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and engineering teams.
• Translate strategic goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specs.
• Perform business and system analysis to identify gaps, dependencies, and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with design, tech, and compliance to ensure features are feasible, compliant, and delightful to users.
• Analyze product performance using quantitative metrics (data, KPIs) and qualitative insights (user feedback).
• Coordinate sprint planning and backlog priorities with the Product Owner and tech leads.
• Drive MVP scoping, balancing innovation with realistic delivery timelines.
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and blockers before they escalate.
• Research market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies (AI, DeFi, NFTs, etc.).

Requirements (Mandatory)

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in fintech, trading, or crypto.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and requirements into actionable insights.
• Experienced in agile delivery, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of KYC, AML, and other compliance frameworks in financial products.
• Strong communication skills. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You think like an owner: strategic yet execution-driven, detail-oriented yet visionary.
• Comfortable working across remote, cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with CEX/DEX platforms, trading systems, or wallet infrastructure.
• Familiarity with tokenomics, NFTs, or gamification mechanics.
• Exposure to API-driven architecture or data analytics tools.
• Product leadership experience in early-stage startups.
