Tangelo is hiring a product-minded UI/UX Designer to own end-to-end design in Figma across four surfaces: the user-facing app, the admin app, the marketing website, and sales/marketing collateral. You will wireframe complex flows, build component libraries, ship polished UI, and iterate quickly with daily check-ins.

What You’ll Do

• Design user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma across product, admin, and web
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries and design tokens
• Translate loose briefs, screenshots, and Slack notes into clear design proposals
• Prepare developer-ready files, specs, and states for smooth handoff
• Own website page designs and landing page variations that support SEO efforts
• Contribute to sales materials and visual assets for go-to-market teams
• Track work in a simple Figma board workflow and post daily progress updates
• Operate with high autonomy while maintaining speed and quality

Success in 90 Days

• Establish a core Figma library with reusable components and variants
• Ship a complete flow for a complex feature set with all edge states covered
• Redesign a priority admin module to improve clarity and task completion
• Deliver a set of new website pages ready for build with clear sections and mobile behavior
• Maintain a steady weekly cadence of shipped designs and feedback cycles

Must-Have Qualifications

• 4+ years in UI/UX for SaaS products with shipped work across complex, stateful flows
• Expert Figma skills including Auto Layout, variants, components, and prototyping
• Portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking, clean visual craft, and product taste
• Experience designing admin tools or dashboards with dense information
• Ability to work from light briefs and self-scope tasks into shippable work
• Comfortable with daily async stand-ups and fast feedback loops in Slack and Figma
• English level C2 for clear written and spoken communication
• Based in Latin America with at least 1 hour of overlap with US Eastern Time

Nice to Have

• Web design for performance and SEO; familiarity with Webflow or modern CMS handoff
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS limitations and front-end handoff best practices
• FigJam for discovery, flows, and quick ideation
• Experience collaborating with founders and small product teams
