What you can expect

You will be joining our engineering team as a backend developer. Your main responsibility will be to bring our product and the work of our team to life. Your responsibilities will include:

• Help maintain and improve our REST API.
• Collaborate with our frontend engineers, data engineers, and UX designers to deliver a polished experience to internal users as well as bank agents and real-estate experts across Belgium.

Required skills & experience

You could be the one we are looking for if:

• you have 3+ years Python back-end development experience, with:
• Flask, REST APIs
• ORMs
• SQL
• you have experience building and maintaining complex architectures with modular components
• you are a team player and a good communicator
• you have a good level of English
• you are able to travel to Brussels at least once every 2 months (ideally monthly)

Nice to have

Any of the following is a plus:

• Experience with SQLAlchemy, Marshmallow, Postgresql, Docker
• Lives in, or near, Brussels (or willing to relocate)
• STEM degree
