LMS Experience
- Minimum 3 years working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong understanding of roles (Editor, Course Manager, End-User) and workflows within LMS platforms.
CMS Experience
- Proven experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly Drupal.
- In-depth understanding of different user roles and permissions within CMS environments.
Technical Skills
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and PHP in a LAMP stack environment.
- Proficient in front-end JavaScript for web applications, especially for Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
E-Learning Tools
- Extensive experience with Articulate 360 (or similar e-learning creation tools).
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite tools for graphic design and content development.
Translation & Localization
- Hands-on experience working with .xliff (XML format) files for translation and localization of e-learning content.
Communication Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experienced in presenting and promoting e-learning projects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Project Management Tools
- Proficient in MS Project, ServiceNow, or equivalent project management platforms.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
