Your super powers
- Must have: Java8/9; Databases; Spring; Hibernate; REST; Git.
- Nice to have: Dependency management (eg. Maven); Solid; DDD; TDD.
- Experience: You already have 3 years of experience in your backpack.
- Agile mindset and experience with Scrum, Kanban or other agile methodologies.
- Passionate about development and always focused on quality.
- Critical thinker. You always look for the 'why' of things. Asking ‘why?’ creates new insights!
- Team-oriented: We go for victory together!
- You share your knowledge with colleagues and are not afraid of explaining your vision.
- Old school corporate structures? Nothing for you. You prefer to operate in a community where people are equally valued.
- Good communication is important for team efforts, you are able to express yourself fluently in Dutch and English.
- You draw energy from working in high-tech and continuously innovating environments.
