Title: Telecom Engineer Medior
Location: 1030 Bruxelles (Schaerbeek), Belgium
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Languages: French & English (fluent)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for telephony services (10,000+ workstations).
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and implement Cisco telephony solutions (CUCM, IM&P, CUC, EXP C-E).
- Assist senior engineers in telecom projects.
- Configure phones, softphones, and back-end elements (CSS/DP/HP/RP/CPG…).
- Guide end-users on telephony services and support change management.
- Administer contact-center solutions (UCCX) and monitor system performance.
- Diagnose faults, resolve incidents, and manage new requests.
- Optional: Work with Peterconnects, MoYoBi/PhonexOne, Rightfax, Webex, and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of SQL Server for reporting and administration.
- Maintain system lifecycle, updates, and documentation.
Mandatory Skills:
- Cisco Collaboration (CUCM / IM&P / CUC / EXP C-E) – min 1 year
- Contact-center: UCCX – min 1 year
- Supervision & Troubleshooting – min 1 year
