The job description:
As a Junior Product specialist - Technical trainer, you will develop deep expertise in one of the product lines and serve as the go-to expert for both the Sales Engineers and clients, offering in-depth support related to your assigned product range. In addition, you will act as an internal trainer, sharing your knowledge with colleagues and contributing to successful product launches by creating training materials, delivering internal sessions, and supporting customer training. This position is based at the headquarters of our client in Mechelen.
What responsibilities do you carry as a Junior Product specialist - Technical trainer?
- Providing technical training for colleagues and clients.
- Setting up Support material for Sales Engineers and Clients such as Quick Reference Guides, FAQs, SOPs, Info sheets or others.
- Supporting Sales Engineers with product specifications, product capabilities or troubleshooting via email, phone, face-to-face or video.
- Travelling up to 30% of the time to the 10 European countries the company is supporting.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering related field (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of English at Business Proficiency level
- In possession of driving license.
- Some programming knowledge is a plus (Java Script, C++, PLC, etc.).
- Good problem solving and communication skills.
- A first experience supporting clients with technical products is a plus.
