The listing

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the integration of cutting-edge AI into our SaaS platform. In this key role, you will embed LLM-powered assistants directly into our product, enabling smarter workflows and a significantly enhanced user experience.

You’ll serve as the bridge between backend systems, frontend components, and external AI providers—designing how AI is woven into the product in a secure, efficient, and impactful way. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll work across engineering, DevOps, and business teams to deliver AI features that are performant, secure, and intuitive.

What You'll Do:

• AI Integration & Orchestration: Own the LLM-based AI assistants in our SaaS product. Work with backend/frontend teams to build clean API integrations, manage data flow, and optimize system performance.
• Prompting & Context Injection: Design and manage prompts and retrieval strategies (e.g. RAG) to ensure that AI responses are relevant and aligned with product goals. Help customers bring their own AI models into our assistant.
• Security & Access Control: Ensure strict compliance with multitenancy and role-based access controls (RBAC). The AI should only access what it’s supposed to—nothing more.
• Collaboration: Operate within a cross-functional team of engineers, product stakeholders, and DevOps. Translate business goals into working AI-backed features.
• Innovation & Learning: Stay current with trends in LLMs, AI tooling, and GenAI best practices. Recommend and implement improvements based on technical and user feedback.

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI integration via APIs
• Hands-on experience with tools like LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Solid backend development experience (ideally in a SaaS context) and familiarity with SQL-based databases
• Understanding of multitenant security models, RBAC, and data access patterns
• Strong communicator and collaborator; comfortable working across product and tech teams

• Experience with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) and agentic AI assistants
• Familiarity with AI governance, data anonymization, and security compliance
• Exposure to DevOps workflows (CI/CD, deployment automation)
