As an HR Generalist at Legend Biotech, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations—supporting a wide range of HR activities and helping shape a positive employee experience. From employee engagement to employee life cycle processes, from HR Business partnering to performance management, you’ll play a key role in making our HR engine run smoothly and efficiently.

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide coordination and administrative support across HR programs such as HR Business Partnering initiatives, talent development, performance management, employee engagement,...
• Keep our HR intranet up to date and contribute to internal communications, presentations, and newsletters.
• Collect, analyse and report HR data to support informed decision-making and compliance.
• Coordinate and track progress on HR projects, ensuring smooth execution.
• Support cost control processes, including purchase order (PO) management.
• Assist with employee relations activities, such as preparing documentation for Works Council meetings.
• Help HR Business Partners respond to employee queries on HR Related topics, policies and procedures.
• Support diverse HR initiatives and projects, building on your skills and interests.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in a broad HR role.

Languages:

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
