SAP FI/CO Project Manager

Job Title: SAP FI/CO Project Manager

Location: Brussel, Belgium ( Hybrid Role 2 days onsite/ Week)

Duration: Until 2025 year end( Possibility of extension)

NOTE: Should Be fluent in French, Dutch and English are a must have.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP S/4HANA projects from design to deployment within the BMPM² framework
• Act as CO & FI/CA Fines expert guiding the project team with deep SAP knowledge
• Manage full project lifecycle: scope, planning, staffing, budget, risks, issues, progress monitoring
• Lead and coordinate workshops and working sessions
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure proper resource planning and project organization
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
• Support system upgrades, follow standards and templates, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Required Experience

• 10–15 years relevant experience as Project Manager in IT environments (medium/large projects – scope, time, budget, quality)
• Proven 10+ years hands-on experience in SAP CO and SAP FI/CA, including fines management
• Strong experience as Senior Project Manager with focus on SAP FI/CO projects
• Experience in financial budgeting and planning (SAC)
• Experience working within the public sector (rail sector = strong plus)
• Solid financial process knowledge and change management experienc
• Broad functional knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, FI/CA, CRM, SAC – EWM or other modules are assets)
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies: PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 or Agile
• Experience in at least one of the following:
• ERP (SAP CO, FI/CA) & Corporate Services
• Application development (web, mobile)
• RFPs in Public Sector
• IT Infrastructure

Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)
