Ressence is an industrial design company that makes high end watches.

We are looking for a Creative Project Manager — a structured thinker and doer who ensures every project is delivered with precision, clarity, and care.

You track and drive every non-watch project end to end. From product launches and fairs to packaging, displays, and straps, you oversee and ensure the smooth operation of all projects that shape how Ressence is experienced around the world.


Your mission

You plan and coordinate every project — fully, end to end.

You translate ideas into clear timelines, budgets, and tangible results — ensuring every detail meets Ressence’s standards of excellence.

You orchestrate teams, suppliers, and partners to bring structure to creativity and precision to execution.

You ensure our design integrity remains intact at every step.


Your responsibilities

  • Lead the full planning and delivery of all non-watch projects: product launches, fairs, exhibitions, and other brand initiatives.


  • Build and manage detailed timelines, budgets, and workflows across internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.


  • Anticipate challenges, align priorities, and offer pragmatic, qualitative solutions.


  • Oversee the design and production of all physical brand elements — packaging, straps, displays, booth stands, shop-in-shops, and sales materials.


  • Safeguard Ressence’s design integrity and visual coherence across every touchpoint.


  • Review materials, prototypes, and visuals to ensure coherence, consistency, and quality.


  • Maintain a clear, organized system for creative assets, documentation, and guidelines.


  • Improve and optimize workflows, briefings, and approval processes to make work smoother and smarter.


  • Support a culture of design excellence — where clarity, consistency, and curiosity guide every project.


  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Head of Marketing to maintain and evolve operational excellence and the brand’s visual language.


  • Work seamlessly across departments — connecting design, marketing, operations, and leadership — to bring structure, coherence, and flow to every project.


You are

  • A professional with 5–8 years of experience managing creative or design-led projects, ideally within a luxury or international environment.


  • Proven in leading multiple projects simultaneously with structure and clarity.


  • Equipped with a strong eye for high-end design and detail; you understand proportion, materials, and finish in a luxury context.


  • Highly organized, hands-on, and solution-oriented.


  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work proactively and efficiently within a small, fast-paced team.


  • Results-driven, with the ability to influence and lead across levels and functions while maintaining precision and calm.


  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating creative concepts persuasively and adapting to changing circumstances.


  • Possessing exceptional aesthetic sensibility with a keen eye for detail, composition, and materials, combined with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
  • Skilled in project management tools such as Trello, or similar
  • An openness to modern creative technologies — including AI-assisted design tools such as Midjourney or other emerging visualization platforms
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is an advantage.
  • Based in Antwerp or willing to relocate.
