About The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, Product, you’ll lead recruitment for the team at the centre of Bolt’s universe. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders across Product Management, Product Design & Research, Product Analytics, Product Operations, and Product Strategy to ensure continuity and excellence in Product hiring. This role combines hands-on delivery with leadership of a talented recruitment team, focusing on building pipelines, shaping hiring strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, focusing on individual performance and development.
- Own requisition delivery for senior and business-critical roles within assigned departments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Track and report on hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate experience, pipeline strength).
- Collaborate with the People and Employer Branding teams on employer branding initiatives.
- Support process improvements and participate in People & Culture projects (D&I, analytics, L&D).
- Own and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
- You are an experienced TA Manager with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering results in a high-growth environment, or a Lead Recruiter with demonstrated leadership capability and readiness to step into formal management.
- You have experience driving hiring outcomes for senior, complex, and business-critical roles.
- You are skilled at shaping recruitment strategies in partnership with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and prioritisation.
- You are confident in coaching, mentoring, and developing recruiters to achieve their potential.
- You are comfortable using data and insights to assess performance, identify trends, and implement improvements.
- You can balance hands-on delivery with longer-term planning and process improvement.
