This role sits at the intersection of product marketing, product discovery, and customer research, supporting the development and go-to-market (GTM) success of our end-to-end Transfer Pricing platform. You’ll be a key player in translating complex regulatory frameworks into compelling product narratives, market insights, and customer-centric strategies. You’ll also help shape how TP is understood and adopted in a digital-first world, bridging the gap between compliance and customer value.

This role will be based in our fast-growing London office or vibrant HQ in Helsinki. We have a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities:
GTM Support
- Define and refine go-to-market strategies for new features and product launches.
- Craft compelling value propositions, messaging, and positioning for TP-related features.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success teams to develop enablement materials and support strategic deals with subject matter expertise.
- Define clear success metrics for launches and measure adoption and impact, ensuring continuous improvement of our GTM motion
- Partner with Product Managers to validate product ideas through customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Translate TP pain points into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Identify and prioritize customer segments and use cases for Compliance and AI-driven features
- Establish structured feedback loops (advisory boards, surveys, interviews) to ensure the customer voice shapes our roadmap and positioning
- Conduct deep-dive research into customer workflows, regulatory trends, and industry benchmarks.
- Support the win/loss program by capturing insights from customer evaluations and feeding them back into product direction and GTM strategy
- Act as the voice of the TP customer within the product organization.
- Monitor evolving OECD guidelines and global TP regulations to inform product direction
- Expertise in transfer pricing, with a preference for experience in digital transfer pricing solutions.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering global transfer pricing advisory and compliance projects for multinational enterprises.
- Skilled in storytelling and translating complex concepts into simple langauge
- In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing requirements, OECD guidelines, and international tax regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing and delivering multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for technology and innovation in the field of transfer pricing.
- Exposure to AI or data-driven tax technology.
- Additional language skills in European languages.
- Prior experience or knowledge in Product Marketing.
