We are looking for a part-time legal trainee for a fixed-term contract until end of year 2026.
As a Legal Trainee, you will play a key supportive role in assisting Legal Counsel with daily legal operations and strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in legal advisory, document review, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a part-time legal trainee for a fixed-term contract until end of year 2026.
As a Legal Trainee, you will play a key supportive role in assisting Legal Counsel with daily legal operations and strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in legal advisory, document review, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Legal Counsel in reviewing and approving contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Assist with corporate governance documentation, M&A, joint ventures, divestments, and litigation matters.
- Participate actively in the Regional Legal Community through reporting and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, regulatory authorities, and the Country Risk & Compliance unit.
- Oversee local Data Privacy (GDPR) compliance and coordinate regulatory requirements with business stakeholders.
- Contribute to implementing legal operational excellence and support the digital transformation of the legal function.
- Currently pursuing legal studies.
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
- Strong analytical, structured, and concise working style.
- Confident, discreet, and capable of managing conflicts.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and eagerness to work with Legal Tech applications.
- Ability to deliver quality output under time pressure.
- Gain valuable legal experience in a dynamic, international environment.
- Work alongside Legal Counsel and cross-functional teams.
- Flexible working schedule that takes into account your current studies (15-22,5 hours / week)
- Hourly salary range 14,2 - 18,6 euros / hour. Final salary depends your previous experience and studies.
