AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has been part of the BNP Paribas Group since July 1, 2025, following the completion of its acquisition.

As an intern, you’ll be immersed in a financial environment and learn about asset management and trading. You’ll gain experience in working first-hand with data scientists and traders to analyse and illustrate trading data to solve business problems.

Description of your missions:
Trading / CRM data:
- Work on MLS trading reporting ecosystem in Tableau & SQL, managing transition to BNP and harmonising data presentation and dashboards, on Multi Asset Reports and all asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Listed Derivatives, OTC Derivatives, Securities Lending etc…).
- Perform ad-hoc analysis/modifications in database followed by analysis and presentation of results.
- Provide the reports/presentations/analytics required by top management when they interact with our counterparties’ executives.
- Become a stakeholder of the global data process to enhance our data structure and optimise queries.
- Perform checks and ensure reliability of the data in our golden sources.
- Migrate ETL pipelines to stored procedure and explore transition to databricks with pyspark.
- For each asset class, understand and work on how are measured the key performance metrics in execution in or
- Use these metrics to help rationalize reports and get alerts when we have data quality issues (Tableau).
- Create flexible tools (using Python or Tableau) to make these models accessible and integrated in our trading workflow.

Role Requirements:
Education/Qualifications
- Having or pursuing a master’s degree in finance, Data, Computer Science, or other relevant subject.
- Prior internship experience in Data analysis is welcome.
- Strong numerical and analytical background.
- Interest for finance and data.
- Ability to produce clear, structured, and production-ready code.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is welcome.
- Knowledge of python, pyspark is a plus.
- Curious and eager to learn.
- Aptitude for problem solving and finding clever solutions to complex unstructured systems.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly with sharp communication skills and a teamwork mentality.
- Proactive, autonomous, and results oriented.
- High attention to detail.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
