This is an opportunity to help shape the digital future of healthcare. In this role, you’ll contribute to building reliable infrastructure, optimizing pipelines, and working with a modern tech stack — all while working 100% remotely from anywhere in Germany.

This position is ideal for a DevOps Engineer with around three years of experience who wants to take technical ownership, collaborate closely with development teams, and work in a flexible and impact-driven environment.


What this role offers

  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure stable and efficient deployments
  • Plan and support production rollouts and customer deployments
  • Develop and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch
  • Take care of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab) and drive automation
  • Build tools to streamline build, integration, and deployment workflows
  • Help investigate and resolve issues in CI/CD and production environments
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
  • Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape DevOps practices


Your profile

  • Based in Germany with full remote availability
  • Fluent in English, German at B2 level is a plus
  • Around three years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure-related role
  • Strong Git skills and solid experience with Linux and Docker
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab or GitHub)
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes and network security (e.g. firewalls, VPNs)
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for automation
  • Comfortable working in agile development environments

Compensation & details

  • Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
  • Full-time permanent position
  • Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement
