This position is ideal for a DevOps Engineer with around three years of experience who wants to take technical ownership, collaborate closely with development teams, and work in a flexible and impact-driven environment.
What this role offers
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure stable and efficient deployments
- Plan and support production rollouts and customer deployments
- Develop and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch
- Take care of CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab) and drive automation
- Build tools to streamline build, integration, and deployment workflows
- Help investigate and resolve issues in CI/CD and production environments
- Work independently in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment
- Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and help shape DevOps practices
Your profile
- Based in Germany with full remote availability
- Fluent in English, German at B2 level is a plus
- Around three years of experience in a DevOps or infrastructure-related role
- Strong Git skills and solid experience with Linux and Docker
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Ansible, Terraform)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab or GitHub)
- Basic understanding of Kubernetes and network security (e.g. firewalls, VPNs)
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for automation
- Comfortable working in agile development environments

Compensation & details
- Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
- Full-time permanent position
