About FORMOVE

With FORMOVE we are building Europe’s first Human Motion & Interaction Data Factory as foundation for Physical AI. Because we believe the real bottleneck in robotics isn’t algorithms, it’s data. Robots can’t learn to move, interact, or collaborate without high-quality real-world human demonstrations. Our goal is to build the world's largest high-quality human demonstrations and interactions database for complex tasks, which we build using our own proprietary sensor technology and data pipeline. Our founding team combines excellence in Engineering (TUM PhD), Software (ex-Google), and Business (ex-McKinsey). Your role

As an ML Engineer you will play a key role in transforming human motion data into robotic intelligence. You will help build and improve our AI models and help us with crafting our simulation environments for policy testing and reinforcement learning. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities include:

• Data Processing & Labeling: Develop automated pipelines to clean and annotate data from our data suits
• Simulation Environments: Build and maintain simulation environments for policy testing and reinforcement learning
• Reinforcement Learning: Train embodiment policies by replicating state-of-the-art methods
• Training Infrastructure: Design and roll out ML training pipelines for supervised learning

We’re looking for someone with strong background in computer science (experience with Python preferred), and expertise in simulation and reinforcement learning, who learns fast, brings fresh ideas, and loves turning concepts into working solutions. We value a hands-on, pragmatic mindset driven by real impact. As the field develops very fast, we first and foremost need to adapt and learn every day, and we consider this the most important skill.
