Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Work closely with senior management on governance calls.
  • Managing an offshore team to make sure they are on track within the projects.
  • Research and diagnose business challenges and usability issues to uncover actionable insights.
  • Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate design concepts.
  • Design both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Validate design solutions with end users to ensure alignment with their needs.
  • Design and optimize UI elements and design systems including menus, tabs, navigation, buttons, forms, and widgets.
  • Develop mockups and prototypes that illustrate site format and functionality using UX methodologies.
  • Create original graphic designs and visual flows (e.g. images, sketches, tables).
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems such as responsiveness and accessibility.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing.
  • Ensure all designs align with Expleo’s brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Advise stakeholders on UX best practices and design strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of UX design process methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused problem solver.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with whiteboarding/brainstorming tools like Miro or MS Whiteboard.
  • Ideally, knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0/2.1).

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in UX Design.
  • Proven experience taking research, wireframes, and UI components from concept to developer handover. Some AI experience with wireframes,
  • Strong portfolio of design projects (essential).
  • Experience with wireframe tools, design software, and prototyping functionality (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC).
  • Experience designing responsive solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with product owners, SCRUM leads, developers, and testers.
  • Ideally, experience in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
