Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Group Senior HR Administrator / Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will play a central part in supporting the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly. The role will also be the central point of contact for all recruitment. You will be a key point of contact for both employees and managers, delivering a high-quality HR service that aligns with our company values of Innovation, Collaboration, Trust, and Energy. This role would offer the right candidate who is curious, exposure to every aspect of the employee lifecycle and be coached and mentored as their career develops within the company.

This role will support all offices; Dubin, Cork, Belfast, Galway, Limerick, London and Lisbon.

Purpose of the Role

The Group Senior HR Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support across a range of activities including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. Proficiency in HR systems and an understanding of the importance of accurate, insightful HR data are essential, as this role will contribute to data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of HR practices. Integrity and confidentiality are at the core of this role, ensuring trust is upheld at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

HR Admin

  • Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with GDPR and company policies.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance and escalating issues where necessary.
  • Support recruitment activities including advertising, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Assist with payroll processes, liaising with finance to ensure timely and accurate data transfer.
  • Manage employee records, and correspondence with attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Prepare HR reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support HR projects, policy reviews, and initiatives that align with organisational goals.
  • Promote and uphold the company’s values of Innovation, Collaboration, Trust, and Energy in all aspects of the role.

Recruitment

· Demonstrate an understanding of using LinkedIn to engage with potential hires. Screen potential hires.

· Work closely with the leads in each department to assist in the interview process.

· Maintain the careers page and external job boards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

· BA in Human Resource Management

  • Proven experience, ideally 2- 3 years in an HR administrative or/and HR Recruitment/Coordinator role

  • Good understanding of employment law and regulations (IRL and UK desirable)
  • Familiarity with employment contracts, benefits, and payroll processes
  • Ensuring HR practices comply with employment laws, health & safety regulations and compliancy

  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRLocker desirable)
  • Data management and reporting
  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records

3. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Manage careers page and external job boards
  • Proactively engage with potential hire via LinkedIn
  • Overseeing onboarding and orientation programs

4. Employee Relations

  • Assisting with employee queries and concerns
  • Promoting a positive workplace culture

5. Policies

  • Communicating policies clearly to staff
  • Monitoring policy adherence

6. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization

7. Organisational & Time Management

  • Managing multiple HR tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Meeting deadlines prioritizing tasks effectively

8. Confidentiality & Ethical Practice

  • Handling sensitive employee data with integrity
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality and professionalism
  • Always demonstrate empathy in tandem with integrity.

  • Supporting training programs
  • Identifying employee development needs
  • Coordinating learning and development initiatives if required
  • Supporting Performance Management
