About The Role

As a IT Solution Developer at SEB, you'll be part of Risk Scoring and Reporting Team in Riga within SEB’s Tech area. We are providing world class delivery to our users and clients. The main responsibility of the team is to provide services for data capture, processing and delivery for Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering area. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with internal business and tech teams, translating complex requirements into scalable, efficient, and secure reporting systems. You’ll be part of a dynamic environment that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You Have

• Hands-on experience in React/TypeScript is essential, with C# experience considered a plus. These technologies form the foundation of most solutions in the team’s domain
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL
• Understanding principles of good code design and best practices
• Understanding of software life cycle
  
  

As Advantage

• Experience with back-end technologies
• Experience with CI/CD (Github Actions)
• Experience with OS/Platforms: Linux, Open Shift, Docker
• Experience with cloud solutions, e.g., Google Cloud Platform
• Practical knowledge of REST endpoints and APIs

Monthly salary range indicated for this position is before tax deduction. The offer for final candidate* will depend on experience and competences of the candidate for the required job. The overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
