Responsibilities

• Align with product managers, business stakeholders, and process experts on UX activities from discovery to delivery
• Plan, execute, and present qualitative UX research activities
• Translate business requirements and user needs into design concepts and prototypes, considering technical feasibility
• Prepare final design specifications and handovers to development teams within project timelines
• Create user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools like Figma and Mural
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on findings
• Oversee product interdependencies and ensure UX/UI consistency within the product family and across user journeys
• Advocate for human-centered design practices and usability in collaboration with stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with expertise in SAP Fiori
• Understanding of the Design Thinking process
• Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma and collaboration platforms such as Mural or Miro
• Familiarity with design systems and adherence to guidelines
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork
• Supportive, open-minded attitude with a collaborative spirit
• Background in B2B design environments
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori Guidelines and UI5 technology
• Competency in cross-functional teamwork within agile delivery methods
• Experience collaborating with developers to ensure the feasibility and successful execution of UX designs
• Written and verbal communication skills in English at the B2+ level
