Lead SAP Fiori UX Designer

As a Lead SAP Fiori UX Designer, you will spearhead user experience initiatives by partnering with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to create outstanding SAP Fiori solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and process experts throughout UX activities from discovery through delivery
• Design, conduct, and communicate qualitative UX research initiatives
• Convert business needs and user requirements into design concepts and prototypes while accounting for technical constraints
• Develop detailed design documentation and coordinate handoffs to development teams within set deadlines
• Produce user journeys, flows, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma and Mural
• Perform usability testing and refine designs based on feedback
• Manage product interdependencies and uphold UX/UI consistency within product families and across user journeys
• Promote human-centered design principles and usability in partnership with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of UX design experience with a focus on SAP Fiori
• Comprehensive understanding of the Design Thinking methodology
• Skilled in prototyping tools like Figma and collaboration platforms such as Mural
• Knowledgeable about design systems and compliance with design standards
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration
• Collaborative and open-minded approach to team interactions
• Experience in B2B design contexts
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Guidelines and UI5 technology
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional agile teams
• Experience partnering with developers to ensure practical and successful UX design implementation
• English proficiency at B2+ level in written and spoken communication
