As we enter a phase of structured growth, we are seeking an organised, confident Project Manager who can hit the ground running and help us deliver outstanding client outcomes.

The Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Project Manager to join our team. You’ll lead the delivery of high-quality client and internal projects, keeping everything aligned across stakeholders, timelines, and priorities. You’ll need to grasp complex technical requirements quickly, communicate clearly and persuasively, and solve problems before they escalate.

Key Responsibilities

·      Plan and deliver projects end-to-end across multiple time zones

·      Maintain clear documentation and client-facing updates

·      Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies

·      Keep scope, budget, resourcing, and timeline under control

·      Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

·      Build strong working relationships with internal teams and clients

·      Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes

Essential Requirements

·      3+ years of project management experience

·      Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

·      Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset

·      Ability to quickly understand technical language and requirements

·      Experience working in remote, distributed teams

·      Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Miro, Microsoft Project Planner and presentation tools such as MS Powerpoint

Nice to Have

·      Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum certified)

·      Experience in reinsurance, insurance, financial services, or AI/tech environments

·      Previous consultancy or client-facing PM experience
