As a Business Analyst in the People Tribe, you will be responsible for driving, analyzing, developing, testing, and documenting HR systems and processes in collaboration with different stakeholders in Group HR and HR Services in Danske Bank.
You will work in a squad-based model led by a Product Owner, where you will take ownership of both plans and results and contribute to the continuous improvement of our existing and future HR system landscape together with your squad members.

You will:
- Be working together with our Technical experts on our Business Traveler taxation module
- Function as the bridge between business and IT, understanding the needs of business and the possibilities in our system, while striking the balance between being detail-oriented and not losing the focus on the bigger picture
- You are strong in communication and stakeholder management. You will coordinate with our HR organization and business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and work together with them on system developments and implementations
- Participate in the development and delivery of new features and enhancements for our Business Traveler taxation related module and processes, as well as provide support and troubleshooting for issues and incidents
- Have an important part in educating our organization in using the system and support colleagues on their journey of being data driven and digital
- Play a role in advising the Product owner on prioritizations of tasks and the planning of activities in the Sprint cycles
- Experience working with development of HR systems and HR processes, including:
- Process analysis and mapping. You should be able to identify, document, and optimize the current and future state of HR processes
- Testing and Test management. You should be able to design, execute, and report on test cases and scenarios for HR systems and processes
- Documentation. You should be able to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation for HR systems and processes
- Project management/Coordination and Change management as well as communication. You should be able to plan, coordinate, and deliver the change and communication activities for HR systems and processes
- Experience with Oracle HCM or a similar HR software would be considered as a bonus
- A general interest and understanding of working with (HR) IT systems and what it requires to configure and maintain them
- Solid analytical skills with a proven ability to distil complex technical and business concepts into clear, actionable plans
- Upper-Intermediate English language skills
We offer:
Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
