Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for a Business Analyst to support and enhance the JUMP Life asset management platform. The role involves managing functional support, analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring high-quality delivery of system improvements.

RESPONSABILITIES

•Provide functional support for the JUMP Life application and related data flows.

•Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

•Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to prioritize and deliver enhancements.

•Validate vendor deliverables through testing and acceptance (functional, regression, performance).

•Support user acceptance testing and production deployments.

•Ensure alignment between application updates and business processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

•Experience in Life Insurance, Asset Management, or Fund Administration (Luxembourg context a plus).

•Knowledge of JUMP Life or similar financial platforms.

•Proficient in SQL, XML, JavaScript, and familiar with Cloud environments.

•Tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Octane, Office Suite.

•Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

•Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English.
