About The Role

Join a dedicated Application Production Support team that provides operational excellence for transversal applications used by internal projects. You will combine DevOps engineering and production support to keep mission-critical services available, resilient and continuously improved. This role is highly technical, hands-on and requires strong experience with Linux servers, automation, CI/CD and cloud/container platforms. Only applicants who clearly demonstrate the mandatory skills and experience on their CV will be considered.

What You Will Do (core Responsibilities)

  • Provide L1/L2 functional & technical support for applications (incidents, change requests, support items) via ServiceNow/JIRA.
  • Manage incidents, crisis calls and communications, ensuring resolution within SLAs.
  • Monitor application status and infrastructure server resources; perform regular environment validations.
  • Design, install, administer and troubleshoot application environments; propose and implement optimizations.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, rollbacks and delivery industrialization.
  • Participate in capacity planning, continuity & problem management, obsolescence and asset management.
  • Support projects: define solutions, validate server/instance migrations, standardize practices and contribute to tooling evolution.
  • Produce tactical fixes to resume processes quickly and lead root-cause analysis with appropriate escalation.
  • Contribute to non-functional requirements for applications before production and to projects that reduce support effort.

Important: you must show relevant examples on your CV of production support + DevOps activities (incidents handled, CI/CD pipelines built, migrations validated, automation scripts, on-call experience).

Main tasks (day-to-day)

  • Monitor and report server & application health; review and improve scripts prior to UAT.
  • Plan and execute technical tasks; report status to Project Managers/Tech Leads.
  • Propose server or script optimizations and implement them.
  • Annual capacity planning and continuous improvements to delivery processes.
  • Ensure adherence to IT best practices, security guidelines and ITIL processes.

Technical skills — must appear on your CV

  • Red Hat Linux / Linux server administration — proven experience.
  • DevOps & Automation: Ansible, scripting (Python), CI/CD (Jenkins, Git/GitLab), Terraform.
  • Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, HELM.
  • Cloud & Managed Services: AWS / Azure / IBM Cloud (practical exposure).
  • Application performance & monitoring: Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
  • Git / GitLab (branching, CI flows), Argo CD, HashiCorp tools (Vault, Terraform).
  • Experience in industrialization / automation of deliveries, deployments and rollbacks.
  • Strong background in production support, incident management and operational runbooks.

CV must show concrete examples: projects where you implemented CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, managed Kubernetes clusters, handled on-call rotation and resolved production incidents.
