Your Key Responsibilities:

As our Project Manager, you will be the engine driving change, ensuring complex projects become a reality:

• End-to-End Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to scope.
• Adaptive Management: Select and implement the ideal methodology (Agile, Scrum to maximize the efficiency of each initiative.
• Strategic Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication among stakeholders, development teams, and top management.
• Proactive Mitigation: Actively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies using tools like Jira and MS Project.
• High-Level Multitasking: Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects, effectively prioritizing tasks and resources to meet ambitious deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as an IT Project Manager, with a strong preference for experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
• Methodology Mastery: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Tools Proficiency: Practical experience with project management software (Jira, MS Project, or similar tools).
• Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills (an essential capability for this role).
• Results Mindset: Highly results-oriented, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
