🔎 Who we´re looking for

We are looking for a Legal & Compliance Assistant to support our Chief Compliance Officer in the daily operations of the Compliance function. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of regulatory developments in the European crypto space and gain hands-on experience in MiCA, AML/CTF, and financial regulation.

💻 What you´ll be doing

• Support the drafting, review, and organization of legal and compliance documentation (policies, procedures, regulatory submissions, contracts, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of filings and communications with regulators and external legal advisors.
• Help structure and maintain internal compliance trackers, document repositories, and version control.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research on topics such as MiCA, AML/CFT regulations, DORA, PSD2, and other EU frameworks.
• Assist in preparing board and committee materials, meeting minutes, and compliance reports.
• Support day-to-day compliance monitoring tasks and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to collect, verify, and structure information

👤 Who you are & what you´ll need

• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory fields (internships count).
• Postgraduate studies in Compliance, Data Protection, or related fields — or any specialized compliance or data protection training — is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of AML/CTF or crypto/fintech regulation is a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills — ability to bring structure to complex tasks.
• Strong research and writing skills, with attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
