Job Description:
The Integrated Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing compelling go-to-market campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This individual will lead end-to-end campaign development, ensuring seamless execution across multiple channels (online and offline), geographies, and buyer personas.
We are looking for a diligent and strategic campaign manager with proven experience in B2B campaign planning and execution, global event coordination, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and has a strong track record of delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement integrated go-to-market campaign strategies aligned with business objectives;
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Communications, Digital, Field, and Channel Marketing to design multi-channel campaigns for diverse buyer personas;
- Translate business goals into campaign briefs, timelines, and actionable deliverables;
- Create and maintain sales and channel campaign playbooks to ensure consistency, enablement, and repeatability across regions;
Execution & Project Management:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, paid media, webinars) and offline channels (industry events, conferences, roadshows);
- Project manage campaign timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution;
- Coordinate and collaborate with global regional teams (NA, EMEA, SEA, ANZ) to adapt, localize and scale campaigns. Manage vendors, agencies, and third-party partners as needed to support campaign delivery;
- Ensure campaign assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with the go-to-market strategy;
- Map content strategically to every stage of the campaign and buyer journey;
- Customize and repurpose campaign assets to maximize impact across regions and channels;
Event Marketing Leadership:
- Plan, organize, and execute large-scale global industry events, trade shows, and company-hosted experiences;
- Partner with internal and regional teams to align event strategies with broader marketing goals;
- Oversee budgets, logistics, and on-site execution while ensuring exceptional brand presence;
- Represent the company at industry events and be available for travel as required;
Measurement & Optimization:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools;
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness and ROI;
- Drive continuous improvement of campaign processes and documentation for scalability;
- Ensure structured documentation of campaign processes for future replication and improvement;
- Partner with sales and channel teams to connect marketing metrics with pipeline and revenue impact;
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience managing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns in the technology sector (cybersecurity or software industry experience is a strong plus);
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
- Proven track record in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns with measurable impact;
- Strong experience coordinating global events and marketing activations;
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, including multi-stakeholder coordination across regions and functions;
- Excellent budget management and vendor negotiation skills;
- Experienced with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (Power BI) – campaign tracking tools;
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
Personal Attributes:
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines;
- Highly collaborative, proactive, and resourceful with a positive “can-do” mindset;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English (advanced level);
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures;
- Flexibility and willingness to travel globally for events and campaign execution.
