Your Impact

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the core architecture and functionality of our platform, which is built on Ruby on Rails. Collaborating closely with both frontend and backend teams, you will:

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in Backend Engineering preferably with Ruby on Rails.
• Proven experience in maintaining and enhancing large codebases.
• Expertise in writing and optimizing test suites, with a keen eye for preventing flakiness.
• Strong knowledge of Postgres and experience optimizing it for performance.
