Role Overview:
The Digital Project Manager (DPM) is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives across mobile apps, loyalty platforms, kiosks, and integrated hospitality systems. This role bridges client needs with internal capabilities, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of digital solutions that drive customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution
- Manage digital rollouts (e.g., mobile apps, kiosks, loyalty systems) for clients in the hospitality sector.
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables; oversee deployment schedules and ensure alignment with contractual milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and external vendors.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and facilitating feedback loops.
- Lead recurring status meetings and roadmap reviews to ensure transparency and progress tracking.
Documentation & Process Optimization
- Maintain structured documentation including feature requests, timing plans, stakeholder maps, and project briefs .
- Implement standardized workflows for project initiation, design iteration, and delivery handoff.
Technical Coordination
- Liaise with IT and development teams for DNS configurations, analytics setup, and deployment validations.
- Ensure integration of third-party services and platforms (e.g., Firebase, PushManager) into client ecosystems.
Campaign & Loyalty Management
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns and loyalty mechanics, including voucher systems and user migration strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze campaign performance and optimize user engagement.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems: mobile apps, kiosks, loyalty platforms, CMS, analytics.
- Excellent project management skills: planning, execution, risk mitigation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
- Fluency in English and French is a must (for cross-market coordination).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital project management/operational delivery/e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred.
