The Role We’re looking for a Data Scientist (MMM & Attribution Modeling Specialist) to join our analytics team. You’ll work with advanced frameworks (Meridian, PyMC, Robyn), contribute to large-scale modeling projects, and participate in refining methodologies for accurate media mix and attribution insights.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage MMM and attribution modeling projects: data preparation, feature engineering, model execution, and interpretation of results.
- Translate insights into actionable business recommendations and media mix optimization scenarios.
- Collaborate with clients and partners on model implementation and validation.
- Develop and maintain workflows for regular model updates and budget reallocation simulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) & attribution modeling. This is a mandatory requirement for the role. Candidates without hands-on MMM experience will not be considered.
- Familiarity with tools such as Robyn, LightweightMMM, PyMC or Prophet.
- Strong Python skills (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, arviz, PyMC, etc.).
- Experience with marketing and advertising data (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, GA4, CRM, MMPs).
- Ability to generate clear documentation and communicate analytical results effectively.
- Solid understanding of business metrics: ROMI, CPA, CAC, LTV, MRR, etc.
- Fluent English.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Google Meridian or motivation to master it.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI).
- Knowledge of incrementality testing (geo experiments, synthetic control, CausalImpact, etc.).
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with R for modeling workflows.
- Experience with visualization/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
