Senior Project Manager

As Senior Project Manager you will manage projects through their lifecycle to product launch. You will lead and support all project members, ensuring project timelines, budget and resource plans are adhered to whilst maintaining communication at all levels.

Role Requirements

• System project management - Design, implement and follow up on project plans and report status to senior management.
• Provide project leadership and manage project execution in projects and programmes.
• Cross functional leadership - Lead and support project members from hardware, software, chemistry and verification/validation during all project phases.
• Lead production transfer including purchasing and production personnel.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers from initiation to launch.
• Actively contribute to and lead continuous improvement projects within PMO/R&D.
  
  

Skills/Experience

• Scientific/Engineering background - BSc in Engineering and/or Chemistry of equivalent.
• Strong understanding and experience of System and Instrument development. Development experience in Chemistry and Molecular Biology are advantageous.
• Project Management expertise - Extensive experience as a project manager successful track record managing system projects/programmes.
• Create accurate time, cost and resource plans together with the project teams.
• Coach and mentor other project manager.
