Are you a Project Manager and are looking to be part of a team cross Norway, Sweden and Poland – that helps people live healthier lives? We’re looking for a Project Manager to help us speed up and secure the development of Vektklubb – Schibsted’s leading health and weight-loss service in Norway.

Wellobe (Sweden) and Vektklubb (Norway) are Schibsted’s digital services for people who want to live a healthier life. Backed by science and developed together with nutritionists and personal trainers, the platforms support users in building long-term, sustainable habits around food, exercise and wellbeing.

Our tools include personalised meal plans, calorie tracking, training programs, weight tracking and expert content.

The mission is simple: to make healthy living easier – and long-lasting.

As Project Manager, you’ll play a central part in ensuring Vektklubb’s product development runs smoothly and aligns with Wellobe in Sweden – a modern platform for healthy living. You’ll be the go-to person for driving projects forward, securing local health market insights, and ensuring a great Norwegian user experience across content and communication.

🧩 As a Project Manager you will among other things focus on:

• Drive and coordinate product development for Vektklubb, ensuring alignment with Wellobe and involvement in cross-functional projects
• Contribute to product and business initiatives, in collaboration with teams in both Sweden and Poland
• Bring in market insights from health and wellness trends in Norway (and globally) to inform product and content development
• Translate and adapt content into Norwegian across product, editorial, marketing and customer communication.
• Support implementation and take on an administrative role of new features, systems and integrations, and help test and give input on improvements

You are a structured and proactive project manager with a passion for healthy living, user experience, and cross-functional collaboration. You thrive when making things happen—coordinating across teams, driving progress, and ensuring local relevance in everything you do.

You likely bring experience as a project manager or coordinator, ideally in a digital or product-focused environment.

Your communication and collaboration skills are strong, particularly when working across product, content, and marketing. You’re fluent in English and speak Norwegian at a native level. Familiarity with the health and wellness industry in Norway is a plus, and any experience with copywriting is also appreciated.

Personally, you are dependable and team-oriented, confident in managing stakeholders, and skilled at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You're curious, user-focused, and eager to grow.
