What You’ll Do
You’ll work at the heart of our business – exploring data, uncovering insights, and helping us and our customers make smarter decisions every day. Your work will range from hands-on analysis to supporting AI-driven projects that predict outcomes and create measurable results.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Exploring data and uncovering insights that drive measurable business value
- Creating clear, visual stories that explain complex findings
- Collaborating with developers and business teams to shape new AI applications
- Staying curious and up to date with emerging AI and analytics technologies
- Managing and improving recurring reports, metrics, and processes
- Supporting projects from planning to execution
- Delivering ad-hoc analyses that help customers and colleagues make smarter decisions
- MSc in Engineering Physics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar technical field
- Newly graduated or up to 2 years of experience – what matters most is your curiosity, structure, and drive to learn
- Analytical, structured, and passionate about solving real problems with data
- Comfortable communicating insights to both technical and business audiences
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Experienced with BI tools like Qlik or Power BI, or with AI/ML models from studies or work is a bonus
