As a rapidly growing SaaS company, we’re expanding our founding team with talented engineers who want to shape the future of local delivery. We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with an entrepreneurial mindset — someone who’s ready to go beyond a typical developer role and help design, build, and scale our platform from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with our CTO and collaborate with a world-class team of experts in logistics, technology, and design to create the next generation of delivery intelligence systems.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of features across the stack — from product discovery to design, implementation, testing, and release.
• Design, build, and scale resilient services and APIs (REST) used by merchants, drivers, and partners globally.
• Develop high-quality front-end experiences in React with a strong focus on UX and usability.
• Implement performant back-end services in Java and/or Python; optimize for latency, scalability, and cost.
• Operate services in AWS (ECS/Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch); build for reliability and observability.
• Instrument applications with logging, metrics, and tracing to proactively monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design (Figma), and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Write clear documentation and communicate trade-offs and architectural decisions effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React (or similar front-end frameworks).
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python for backend development.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of API design and development (RESTful).
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma.
• Bonus: experience in building or scaling B2B SaaS platforms.
