Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Frontend Developer (React.js) to join our Stockholm team. In this full-time role, with opportunities for remote work, you will spearhead the development of user-friendly, high-performance web applications using React.js. Your role will be crucial in translating intuitive design into high-quality code while ensuring seamless functionality across multiple browsers and devices. You'll collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and enhance the overall product experience, contributing directly to IDI Profiling’s mission to improve workplace dynamics through innovative digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement responsive user-facing features using React.js, optimizing for performance and scalability.
• Translate wireframes and visual designs into efficient, reusable, and high-quality code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration of APIs and backend services.
• Ensure consistent user experience across various platforms and devices, adhering to the highest standards of web development.
• Contribute to the continual improvement of our front-end architecture, tooling, and testing processes.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in React.js and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Strong ability to translate designs and wireframes into efficient, maintainable code.
• Expertise in responsive web design, with a focus on delivering smooth experiences across a wide range of devices.
• Proven track record working with RESTful APIs and understanding of modern authorization mechanisms.
• Passion for problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
• Effective communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields (or equivalent experience).
