Fracti.fi makes real assets investable through blockchain.

We turn things like farmland, energy projects, and real estate into digital tokens that people can actually own.

We’re a small team combining finance, tech, and regulation to build a platform that connects the real economy with Web3 in a simple, legal, and transparent way.

We’re looking for a developer who can help us build the core of Fracti.fi both on-chain and off-chain.

You’ll work directly with the founders on smart contracts, APIs, and product features.

If things click, this role can grow into a founding engineer position.

• Write and deploy smart contracts for asset tokenization and investor flows.
• Build and maintain backend services and frontend dashboards.
• Design clean systems for onboarding, KYC/AML, and asset data.
• Connect blockchain logic to real-world data through APIs and oracles.
• Take part in technical choices and roadmap planning.
• Keep things secure, documented, and auditable.

• Experience with Solidity or another smart contract language.
• Some fullstack experience React, Node.js, or similar.
• An understanding of how token standards and wallets work.
• Interest in real assets, finance, or decentralized systems.
• A builder’s mindset: you like to start small, ship often, and own what you build.
