Our mission is to simplify cognitive and operational complexity in consumer-focused industries through advanced AI technologies such as multi-agent Hybrid RAG and LLM-based workflow systems. You are an ambitious and curious developer eager to grow in the AI era. Whether you’re starting your professional journey or already have a few years of experience, you’re confident using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate your work. You enjoy solving real problems, learning deeply, and contributing to innovative AI-driven products.

Role Requirements:

• Strong foundation in Python and modern software development practices
• Experience or strong interest in front-end and UI/UX development (we primarily use FlutterFlow)
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini CLI, or similar)
• Understanding of REST API, FAST API, SSE, SQL, and Modular Monolith
• Exposure to LLM orchestration (like LangChain) and AI workflow automation (like Browser Use) frameworks
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in agentic AI development — building or orchestrating multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph
• Familiarity with or interest in working across vector databases (Qdrant), graph databases (Neo4j), and relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Curiosity about how AI transforms traditional software development practices
• Based in or near İzmir — we especially welcome İYTE graduates and other local tech enthusiasts
