Join our AI ML Platform team as a Senior Backend Developer to design and build scalable microservices using Golang and Python. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance backend solutions that power our AI-driven financial systems, including NLP, Agentic AI, and MLOps capabilities.

Senior Backend Developer

Responsibilities

  • Develop microservices in Golang/Python with Docker & Kubernetes.
  • Design and maintain REST APIs and Kafka-based event-driven systems.
  • Optimize SQL databases and write automated tests (Cucumber).
  • Use BitBucket, Jenkins & Artifactory for CI/CD.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate on AI/ML initiatives, including NLP, Agentic AI, and MLOps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in backend development (Golang & Python).
  • Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, REST APIs, SQL.
  • Testing, Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Agile.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, Agentic AI, MLOps).
  • Results-driven, team player, proactive, meets deadlines.
  • Fluent English.
  • JavaScript/React knowledge (Nice to have)
