The Role

We are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist who is passionate about startups, technology, and business growth.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence in English-speaking markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.), managing the full sales cycle — from outreach to closing deals.

This role requires entrepreneurial energy, a growth mindset, and the ability to work independently while acting as part of a high-performance global team.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities via LinkedIn, email, and outbound campaigns
  • Present product demos and manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with leads, partners, and clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategy
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM data and report sales performance


Requirements

  • Excellent command of English (C1–C2 level) — both written and spoken
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in a startup or AI tech environment
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work across multiple markets and time zones
