You will work on applications built from scratch as well as develop existing products, adding new functionalities according to an established design. Activities such as research or user interviews are very occasional in this role. During implementation, you will collaborate with developers and testers, working together to find the optimal approach to the design.

You will have the opportunity to work directly with clients from all over the world, influencing product development. You will bring your ideas to life by implementing them in mobile and web applications, supporting businesses from various industries, including healthcare, finance, telecommunications, and others.

  • Experience in designing web and mobile (Android, iOS) applications (confirmed by projects in the portfolio),
  • Experience in direct cooperation with the client,
  • Independence in delivering the UX/UI of the product during the whole product lifecycle,
  • Experience in workshop facilitation (practical knowledge of Canva Value Proposition, Business Model Canvas, defining personas, competitor analysis etc.)
  • Experience in using workshop tools (Miro / FigJam),
  • Designing from high-level perspective (Information Architecture, User-Flows),
  • Flexibility in using Figma (reusing and maintaining already existing components from design system),
  • Practical knowledge of mobile standards such as Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines,
  • Experience in building design systems,
  • Strong visual design aesthetic,
  • Leadership skills, mentoring, and collaboration with other less experienced designers in the team (nice to have),
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, analysts, and business clients),
  • Assertiveness and skills to keep things under control,
  • Good communication skills - esp. facilitation & giving feedback,
  • Fluency in English - comfortability to communicate with natives (at least C1 - a must-have, we have international clients),
  • Polish at a communicative level (at least B2 - our company’s communication is conducted in Polish).

What will you get?

  • B2B contract at an hourly rate of 70-80 PLN/h - depending on experience & skills, 100% FTE
  • Work on-site at the itCraft office in Bydgoszcz, co-working space in Warsaw or remote,
  • Google Workspace tools,
  • Medical insurance,
