Build Emotional Journeys

Use motion, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling to turn usage into experience.

Collaborate Across Products

Work with content, growth, and dev teams to keep every detail consistent and scalable.

Innovate Through Gamification

Design engagement loops, challenges, and rewards that keep users coming back.

Stay Ahead of Trends

Explore AI-assisted design, motion systems, and new UX patterns across apps.

✅ Must-Haves

3+ years designing digital products (preferably mobile apps)

Strong portfolio showing UI polish and UX clarity

Mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion & interaction tools

Understanding of gamification, retention, and behavioral design

Eye for aesthetics + empathy for usability

Creative energy, fast iteration, and ownership mindset
