EgoPlay is a gamified platform where users record POV videos with smart glasses to complete tasks, earn rewards, and power robotics research. The platform is live with wallet login, KYC, video upload pipelines, task/reward mechanics, and crypto-based features. We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to further gamify the platform.

Description

• Design and implement engaging interactions, animations, and transitions that enhance player experience and retention.
• Create and prepare UI assets aligned with a casual game aesthetic and our product’s visual style.
• Collaborate closely with game designers and developers to ensure a cohesive, fun, and accessible user experience.
• Work within Figma to design interfaces, components, and design systems; use After Effects or similar motion tools to prototype UI animations.
• Participate in playtests and feedback loops to refine user experience and visual flow.
• Maintain consistency in design elements and deliver high-quality assets optimized for performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for casual games.
• Strong visual design sense — color, composition, and playful aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of gamification principles and player engagement techniques.
• Familiarity with UI animation production and export processes.
• Proficiency in Figma; knowledge of After Effects (or similar motion design tools) is a plus.
• Attention to detail and passion for creating delightful, game-like experiences.
