About the Role

Our client in the banking industry is launching an ambitious AI program aimed at developing generative and predictive AI models to optimize and automate workflows across Group Financial Crime Prevention.

The initiative combines the structure of an established IT organization with the innovation and agility of a startup environment. As a Senior Python Developer, you will play a key role in building and integrating AI-driven applications, developing data and DevOps pipelines, and supporting experimentation across diverse AI and ML projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to support AI and ML model training and deployment.
• Create web interfaces and APIs for interaction with AI models.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and DevOps engineers on end-to-end solution delivery.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and deployment frameworks.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability across environments.
• Participate in experimentation and prototyping of new AI capabilities.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong working knowledge of:

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger, Robot Framework).
