We’re hiring a Data Scientist / Product Analyst who can:

Connect metrics with product and growth

Drive decisions that move the needle

🔍 What You'll Do

Turn Data Into Action

Analyze user behavior, funnels, and LTVs — and translate insights into product and marketing moves.

Build Growth Intelligence

Partner with growth and product teams to identify retention levers, pricing opportunities, and feature impact.

Own Metrics That Matter

Define, monitor, and improve core KPIs (LTV, CAC, retention, activation).

Experiment with Speed

Design and measure A/B tests that validate ideas fast — not in weeks, but days.

Automate & Scale Insight

Use AI, SQL, Python, and visualization tools to build auto-updating reports and anomaly detectors.

✅ Must-Haves

2+ years in data science or product analytics (preferably app/subscription)

Strong SQL & Python (pandas, BigQuery, etc.)

Experience with LTV, retention, funnel, and cohort analysis

Understanding of attribution, A/B testing, and experimentation

Communication skills — you make data understood, not just available

Curious, product-minded, and allergic to “just reporting”
