We are looking for an Associate People Operations Specialist to join our team and play an integral role in delivering essential People Operations services.
This position involves supporting functions such as Onboarding, Benefits, and HR Administration, tailored to the organization’s needs. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
This hybrid position requires three days per week in the Gdansk office.
Responsibilities
- Provide support in areas like Onboarding, Benefits, or HR Administration based on organizational needs
- Respond to employee inquiries and requests through a ticketing system with clear and timely communication
- Maintain and update employee records in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Ensure HR processes and documentation align with internal policies and legal requirements
- Assist in creating reports and summaries to address operational and compliance-related needs
- Work closely with the People Team to improve workflows, enhance employee engagement, and contribute to team projects
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
- Fluency in Polish
- Proactive approach and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Experience in working within multicultural environments
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly
