Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager who will take an active role in managing Data & AI consultancy projects for our clients and overseeing internal product development and business development initiatives. This role requires a unique mix of project management discipline, stakeholder communication skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

You will be responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and internal strategic goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related) from a reputable university
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in consulting, technology, or AI/data projects
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, AI Specialists, Business Analysts, Product Managers)

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have)

• Knowledge of Data & AI technologies and their application in business contexts
• Experience in Agile and/or Scrum project delivery methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data platforms
• Exposure to product development lifecycles and go-to-market strategies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Data & AI consultancy projects for clients, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met
• Coordinate internal product development projects, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Support business development activities by tracking opportunities, preparing proposals, and coordinating pre-sales activities
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients
• Monitor project risks and proactively address issues to ensure smooth delivery
• Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and strategic recommendations to senior management
• Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization
