As a Network Engineer, you'll be part of a highly skilled technical team that designs and maintains advanced WiFi and IP solutions for key industries like hospitality, healthcare, and more across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting & Support: Handle escalated technical issues using advanced cloud-based monitoring tools, ensuring smooth operation of customer networks.
Monitoring & Maintenance: Supervise installations across industries, ensuring high availability of systems like WiFi (Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco), IPTV, and VoIP.
Configuration & Integration: Configure network switches pre-installation and document processes for seamless integration and support.
Collaboration: Provide remote support to on-site technicians and liaise with Level 2/3 teams to integrate and optimize solutions.
Innovation & Optimization: Stay updated on the latest hardware and software developments, assessing their impact and improving existing systems.
Special Projects: Partner with key customers to deliver tailored solutions, working closely with sales teams on high-impact initiatives.
About You

About You
- Education: Degree in IT, Telecoms, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in network engineering or a similar role.
- Skills: Strong understanding of networking (fiber, switching, routing, VLANs) and WiFi technologies (access points, controllers, captive portals).
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
