Web Developer

We are looking to hire a Web Developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining both legacy systems and OutSystems-based applications as part of the Service 360 (IID) Project for a leading federal government organization in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining responsive web applications. The Web Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance, ensure security compliance, and deliver optimized user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and tools.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to improve usability and functionality.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Ensure responsive design principles are applied across platforms and devices.
• Participate in system testing, code reviews, and deployment processes.
• Maintain clear documentation of code and system architecture.

Skill Set:

• OutSystems 11 architecture/ Development.
• Back-end frameworks: ASP.NET Core, Node.js, or and Web APIs.
• Front-end frameworks: Angular / React / Vue.js.
• RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Database management using SQL Server 2022 or MySQL.
• Experience with reporting tools like Telerik, SQL Server reporting.
• Experience working with Dubai Government IID and DET developer frameworks, including OutSystems Service 360-related projects.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience -Associate Reactive Developer (OutSystems 11)/ Associate Technical Lead (OutSystems11) in full-stack or web application development.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, frameworks, and technical leadership experience
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
